Linkedin Marketing Solutions

Help professional buyers understand your business through clear company information, useful content and an appropriate next step. Ranknix Media helps you plan a focused LinkedIn engagement, with organic publishing, content production and paid advertising scoped separately.

Start with your audience, offer and available expertise. We will review what your business needs before recommending a company-page project, ongoing content support or an advertising test.

Let’s Discuss Your Social Media Goals

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

What does LinkedIn marketing include?

LinkedIn marketing connects your business message with a relevant professional audience. It can include company-page improvements, editorial planning, approved posts, suitable creative, defined community responses and separately commissioned campaigns.

A company page represents the organisation. A personal profile represents an individual. Advertising uses its own account, permissions and budget. These are different working environments, so your proposal identifies which one is included and who approves or publishes the content.

Regular posting is one delivery activity. It does not by itself establish authority, qualified leads or revenue. The service should connect useful expertise with an accurate offer, relevant website destinations and dependable follow-up.

Who is LinkedIn marketing suitable for?

  • B2B and professional service firms: explain services, processes and buying considerations to defined business audiences.
  • Technology, SaaS and specialist providers: make product capabilities and applications easier to assess.
  • Manufacturers and business suppliers: share genuine product expertise, service coverage and operational information.
  • Education and training organisations: communicate verified professional learning opportunities to an appropriate audience.
  • In-house teams: turn available expertise and approved assets into a manageable publishing process.

You need accurate company information, a useful offer, rights-cleared assets, subject experts and timely approvals. Enquiry-led campaigns also need someone responsible for responding and recording suitability.

LinkedIn may be a poor starting point when your audience or offer is unclear, approvals are unavailable or the budget depends on immediate sales. We do not offer purchased followers, engagement pods, scraped databases or automated connection and message sequences.

Choose the right starting engagement

Match the work to the problem

What you need

Possible scope

Important boundary

A clearer business presence

Company-page review, information improvements and content priorities.

Page setup is not ongoing publishing or guaranteed discovery.

Consistent company content

Calendar, copy, defined creative, approvals and publishing.

Post quantities, formats and revisions are agreed in advance.

Expert or founder content

Interview-based ideas and drafts for the named person's review.

Personal-profile support needs separate scope; the individual controls their account and publishing.

Paid distribution

Audience and offer assessment, approved ads and campaign management.

Agency fees, advertising spend and original production are separate.

More accountable enquiries

Capture-path, qualification and sales-handoff review.

Form submissions are not automatically sales-qualified leads.

For broader publishing requirements, see our social media management services. Paid campaign requirements can be assessed through our social media advertising services.

What your LinkedIn engagement can cover

Duis aute irure dolor in reprehenderit in voluptate velit esse cillum dolore eu fugiat nulla pariatur. Excepteur sint occaecat cupidatat non proident, sunt in culpa qui officia.

Business, page and audience review

Review the offer, page information, intended buyers, existing assets and available evidence. Confirm ownership and appropriate permissions before accessing private settings or analytics. Worldwide availability does not mean every engagement covers every country, language or working hour.

Editorial planning around buyer questions

Develop themes from your business expertise: how a service works, a product application, a common decision question or an approved example. Client specialists check accuracy and confidentiality. We do not invent quotations, case studies or results to fill a calendar.

Copy and defined creative

Agree the number of original concepts, finished posts and adaptations. Text posts, static graphics, documents, video and articles have different production needs. A document's pages and a video's duration, source-footage allowance and editing complexity need explicit limits. Longer writing can be assessed through our content writing services.

Approval and publishing

Use an agreed calendar, named approver and consolidated feedback. Native scheduling or an authorised publishing tool may be used where supported. This is different from software that automates profile visits, connections or messages. Personal-profile activity is not accessed through a shared password.

Bounded responses and escalation

Where included, define the comment or message sources, monitoring days, response allowance and escalation route. Approved general replies are different from technical advice, customer-service decisions and sales closing. Scheduling outside working hours does not mean staff are monitoring then.

Reporting and next priorities

Record approved assets, published placements, available performance and useful questions from the audience. Review relevant conversations and lead quality with the client rather than using follower counts as a substitute for commercial evidence.

LinkedIn advertising is a separate engagement

A paid campaign needs an approved objective, meaningful offer, suitable assets, eligible audience and a working conversion route. Campaign Manager access and page permissions must match the intended tasks. Account features and advertising formats vary with eligibility and current platform requirements.

A website enquiry route and a native Lead Gen Form require different checks. Forms need appropriate privacy information and a tested retrieval or routing process. A submitted form does not automatically authorise every later marketing use.

Tracking work may involve the Insight Tag or separately scoped integrations. Consent, sensitive data and developer dependencies must be assessed. A tag firing does not prove a genuine conversion, and server-side tracking does not bypass consent or restore complete attribution.

Do not divide a limited media budget among numerous countries, audiences or formats. The budget and test scope should reflect the available account evidence and business economics, without promising a fixed cost per lead. See our lead generation services for qualification and handoff considerations.

Clear quantities and responsibilities

An original concept is a distinct message approach. A variant changes an element of that idea. A resized or reformatted asset is an adaptation, and each published use is a placement. Reusing one message in several formats does not create several original concepts.

Your agreement specifies brands, pages or profiles, languages, markets, posts, document pages, edits, revisions, publishing frequency, monitoring windows and reporting. Advertising scope separately defines accounts, campaign structures, active ads, forms, conversion actions and technical hours.

Customer deliverables can include a page review, editorial calendar, approved copy and assets, publishing records, response handoffs, a change log and recommendations. Private analytics, lead records and technical validation require authorised access.

Photography, filming, animation, voice-over, licences, translation, premium tools, landing-page development and custom CRM work are separate unless listed. Supported connections can be reviewed through our setup and integration services.

How the work starts

  1. Review readiness: clarify audience, offer, expertise, assets and follow-up.
  2. Agree scope: select the page, content or advertising route and document quantities, costs and dependencies.
  3. Obtain access: use appropriate roles; the owner completes required authorisation.
  4. Prepare and approve: review the plan, claims, destinations and assets before publishing.
  5. Deliver and record: complete agreed work, check relevant links or routing and record blocked dependencies.
  6. Review evidence: decide what to repeat, revise, stop or separately commission.

For ongoing work, an initial 90-day outline may cover foundations and first content, refinement, then a scope review. Timings depend on complete inputs and approvals. It is not a promise of platform learning, lead volume or sales within 90 days.

Make expertise useful to the buyer

A manufacturer might explain when a product specification matters. A consultancy might answer a recurring implementation question. A training provider might clarify verified course eligibility. A B2B firm running ads might compare form submissions with sales-accepted conversations.

These illustrations show how planning can connect content with an appropriate next step. They are not Ranknix case studies or claims of results. The aim is a manageable process built around accurate information and clear responsibilities.

Measure more than impressions and followers

  • Delivery: approved concepts, finished assets, published placements and completed improvements.
  • Platform activity: source-defined impressions, available audience metrics, engagement and follower changes.
  • Customer actions: loaded website visits, substantive conversations, submissions and appointments.
  • Confirmed outcomes: qualified enquiries, sales acceptance and client-confirmed pipeline or purchases where reliable records exist.

Impressions are not unique people. Clicks are not loaded visits, and downloads or form submissions are not automatically qualified opportunities. Organic and paid results should be identified separately, using current platform definitions and consistent reporting periods.

Paid attribution can include different interaction windows and view-through credit. Other channels may claim the same sale. Consent gaps, long buying cycles and incomplete client feedback limit interpretation. Attributed revenue is not profit or proof of incremental impact.

LinkedIn marketing pricing

Book a consultation for a scoped quotation. We confirm the agency fee, currency, billing basis, setup work and quantities according to your page, content, creative and campaign requirements.

Advertising spend is separate from agency fees. Prefer client-owned advertising accounts with direct platform billing. Production, premium subscriptions, licences, translation and technical work outside the agreed allowance are additional costs.

Existing social management, writing, creative or tracking work should be assessed for reuse. The same deliverable should not be charged again simply because LinkedIn is named in another service.

Frequently asked questions

Do you manage company pages or personal profiles?

The proposal identifies the exact route. Company-page permissions can support agreed management tasks. Personal-profile content support is separately scoped, with the individual retaining control and approving their own voice and activity.

Is paid advertising included with posting?

Only if expressly listed. Organic publishing, ad management, media spend and original production have different allowances and costs.

Will you send connection requests or automated messages?

Automated connection and message sequences, scraping and mass unsolicited outreach are not included. Sales outreach needs a separate assessment; content management is not an outsourced prospecting service.

Can you guarantee followers, leads or sales?

No. Distribution and response depend on the audience, message, offer and platform. Posting or targeting cannot independently fix weak positioning, poor follow-up or unsuitable economics.

Are articles, videos and newsletters included?

Only within an agreed quantity and format. Footage, document design, long-form writing and native feature access require their own checks. We do not promise that every feature is available to every account.
