Social Media Setup & Integration Services

Connect your business accounts, website contact features, publishing tools and enquiry systems with a clearly scoped implementation project.

Ranknix Media helps businesses organise account access, connect supported tools and check how customer enquiries reach the right team. We assess the existing setup, agree what needs to connect, implement the approved work and document the results.

We serve businesses worldwide, prioritising the USA, UK, Canada, the Middle East and Australia. Your quotation specifies the platforms, countries, languages and working hours included.

Let’s Discuss Your Social Media Goals

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

What is social media setup and integration?

Social media setup establishes the business information, account relationships and permissions needed to use your profiles. Integration connects specified accounts or tools so an agreed function works—for example, linking a profile to a publishing tool or sending a form enquiry to an existing CRM.

It is different from producing a monthly content calendar or managing advertising campaigns. A connection may support only selected features; it does not automatically synchronise every message, audience, record or account setting.

The practical goal is a setup your team can understand and use, with tested customer routes and clear responsibilities.

Who needs this service?

  • Businesses starting their social presence: establish accurate business profiles, contact information and appropriate account access.
  • Website launch or redesign teams: connect the correct profiles and contact routes without duplicating work already included in the build.
  • Service businesses with scattered enquiries: assess how approved forms can deliver information to the right CRM or notification recipient.
  • Marketing teams adopting publishing tools: check account eligibility, permissions and supported channel connections.
  • Businesses changing agencies: review authorised access, retain ownership and document the handover.
  • Retailers and organisations with several brands: assess catalogue or multi-account requirements before quoting specialist work.

Ownership disputes, suspended accounts, unsupported systems and bespoke API development require separate assessment. We need authorised access and a named client approver before implementation can proceed.

What can your project include?

Choose the work you need. Specific tools and methods are confirmed after checking the accounts, subscription plans and technical requirements.

Business account setup and access

Inventory the relevant profiles and business assets, review available permissions, update approved business information and configure eligible account associations. Account owners complete authentication or verification when required. Creating an account does not resolve a dispute about ownership.

Website social links and contact pathways

Add or correct agreed profile links, phone links and WhatsApp destinations in existing website areas. Sharing features, approved embeds and feeds are assessed separately: a link to a profile is different from displaying its content or exchanging data.

Publishing and scheduling tool connections

Connect agreed channels using supported authorisation methods and check the selected function with an approved draft or test. Features can vary by account type, connection method and plan. Ongoing publishing belongs in our social media management services.

Enquiry routing and notifications

For supported integrations, map agreed form fields to an existing CRM or notification destination. Define the trigger, actions and recipient, then use labelled test records to check delivery. Full CRM deployment, data migration, sales sequences and customer support are separate.

Tracking implementation and validation

Separately scoped tracking work can include supported browser integrations and checks of agreed events. Server-side or conversion API work needs its own assessment. Where accessible and relevant, validation covers consent dependencies, event values and duplicate behaviour. An event firing does not prove a genuine enquiry or complete attribution.

Catalogue and specialist connections

Retailers may need business assets, a store and a catalogue to work together. Eligibility, product information, platform requirements and the installed integration must be assessed first. Feed remediation, platform appeals and custom engineering require a separate quotation; approval is not guaranteed.

Clear quantities and responsibilities

A connection is one authorised relationship between two specified resources or systems. Two profiles connected to one publishing tool count as two connections. Website links are listed separately.

A workflow is an agreed trigger followed by specified actions, field mappings and any included conditions. Another form, branch or destination can require additional work.

Your quotation lists brands, accounts, websites, tools, connections, forms, workflows, tracking events, technical allowances, tests, revisions and support. A connection allowance is not unlimited configuration.

  • Ranknix: implements approved, supported configuration; checks the agreed functions; records completed and blocked work.
  • Your account owner: authorises access, completes required authentication and approves business information and data movement.
  • Your developer or provider: supplies required website hooks, hosting changes or custom-system support where these are outside our agreed implementation.
  • Your business team: owns enquiry follow-up, customer-service decisions and the upkeep of relevant subscriptions.

Use invitations and appropriate delegated access. You do not need to send personal passwords to us. Where owner authentication is required, you complete it through the platform's authorisation process.

From review to a tested handover

  1. Review the existing setup. Identify accounts, tools, owners, customer routes and work already included in another engagement.
  2. Confirm feasibility and scope. Check the required function, supported method, subscription and access dependencies. Prioritise business importance, evidence, dependencies and effort.
  3. Arrange authorised access. Agree the approver, developer responsibilities and test-data arrangements.
  4. Implement approved changes. Use appropriate staging, backups, release checks and rollback arrangements for website work. These reduce avoidable risk without eliminating it.
  5. Test and document. Check agreed links, connections, mappings, notifications or events. Record failures and unresolved dependencies as well as successful tests.
  6. Review and hand over. Compare results with the agreed acceptance criteria, explain ongoing responsibilities and remove agency access where agreed and compatible with the required operation.

Turnaround is confirmed after the tools and requirements are assessed. Missing access, delayed approvals and platform decisions can affect the schedule.

What you receive

  • An account inventory and list or map of agreed connections.
  • A configuration record identifying completed changes and responsible owners.
  • Field mappings or event specifications where included.
  • Test results, with known limitations and unresolved dependencies.
  • An administrator handover explaining permissions, subscriptions and support boundaries.
  • An acceptance record against the agreed specification.

Examples of completion include a test admission enquiry arriving with the correct course field, a website link opening the intended business profile, or an agreed event recording the expected action. These show implementation behaviour; they are not evidence of sales.

A practical setup for the way your business works

The project starts with your existing accounts and tools. A simple supported connection may be enough; buying another platform is not automatically the answer.

  • For an institute: agree which team receives each admission form and check that the course information arrives correctly.
  • For a service firm: map an enquiry to an existing CRM and notification recipient without treating it as a complete sales-system rebuild.
  • For a retailer: assess catalogue requirements and eligibility before committing to an implementation.
  • For a website launch: check which links and contact features are already included in the development scope.

These examples describe possible project decisions. The actual configuration depends on your tools and agreed requirements.

Pricing based on your connections and implementation needs

Request a scoped quotation. A basic account-and-website project differs from form routing, tracking or catalogue work. Price depends on supported methods, permissions, fields, events, testing and developer dependencies—not simply the number of platforms.

Agency fees are separate from software subscriptions, premium plugins, connector usage, licences, hosting and additional development. Applicable taxes and payment terms are stated in your quote.

We review setup already included in an advertising, management or website project so the same agreed task is not billed twice. Additional work is identified before implementation.

Post-delivery correction and optional ongoing support are defined in the proposal. A defect in the agreed work differs from a new requirement, revoked permission or later platform change. If a requested connection is unsupported or access is unavailable, we explain the blocker and agree the next step before further work.

How completion is measured

Completion is assessed through agreed permissions, connection checks, test enquiries, field mappings, notifications and event validation where included. Your team receives the results and accepts the work against the specification.

Later outcomes—less manual transfer, qualified enquiries or confirmed purchases—need separate evidence from your operations and authorised records. A connected account, successful test or automated notification does not demonstrate revenue.

Platform restrictions, consent settings, subscription limits, expired authorisation and API changes can affect operation. One-time implementation does not include guaranteed uptime, permanent compatibility or continuous monitoring.

Frequently asked questions

Can you create new business profiles?

We can assess and scope essential business-profile setup. Owners complete required account creation, authentication or verification steps. Public information and eligible relationships are configured according to the agreed project.

Which platforms, CRMs and publishing tools can you connect?

Tell us the exact tools, account types and functions you need. We confirm support and delivery requirements before quoting. A platform advertising an integration does not establish that your account or plan can use every feature.

Is content creation or advertising included?

Ongoing content production, publishing and advertising campaigns are separate services. Setup connects the agreed accounts or tools; it does not manage their activity automatically.

Can you connect Gravity Forms enquiries to our CRM?

We can assess the form, CRM, available add-ons or connector, licence requirements and field mapping. Implementation is quoted only after the supported method and required access are confirmed. Your team remains responsible for following up enquiries.

Will all previous records and messages transfer?

No automatic full transfer is implied. Historical imports, message synchronisation, audiences and two-way updates need explicit scope and may not be supported.

Do tracking integrations include server-side setup?

Browser and server-side work are assessed separately. Custom conversion APIs or new server infrastructure require their own quotation. Server-side tracking does not bypass consent or restore every missing signal.

What happens if access or platform approval is refused?

We pause the affected work, document the limitation and discuss an alternative or revised scope. Treatment of completed assessment and unperformed work is defined in the proposal. We do not guarantee approval.

Do I need ongoing support?

A straightforward project can end at handover. If you need later checks or incident support, agree a separate maintenance scope. Platform changes, new requirements and expired subscriptions can need further work.

Does social integration improve Google rankings or AI visibility?

Connecting profiles or installing tracking does not automatically improve rankings or produce AI citations. Accessible, useful website content and established SEO practices support search eligibility; Google does not require special AI markup for AI Overviews or AI Mode. Inclusion is not guaranteed.
